This innovative housing community was conceived, designed, and will be developed by a cooperative which includes dancers, musicians, artists and outdoor enthusiasts.  Located on 90 acres of wooded land in Orange County, NC, southwest of Hillsborough, Fiddlehead Corner will include a dance hall in the common building, outdoor spaces including trails and gardens, and innovative health care for all stages of life.  As a “55+ community”, 80% of households will include one person 55 or older.
